Staff are excellent and knowledgeable - both at reception and the chiropractors themselves. Usually little wait time to see someone. Variety of packages to suit your needs.
Love this place! It’s been very beneficial for me and has helped so many issues. Dr. Chris and Dr. Kinkaed have been my favs! I also really liked Dr. Lisek :)
Beware of deceptive sales tactics! Like what I have read from other clients’ reviews I also had this unpleasant experience. I came in to try the advertised first-visit special offer for $29. Upon payment, the young lady front desk staff offered a wellness plan of 8 visits for $129 she stated I could save some money compared to the other packages. She pointed to me the start off plan for 8 visits for $129. She did not give me enough time to compare other plans, she did not went over with me nor clearly explained that there will be a recurring bill of $79. I agreed and paid a total of $158.99 ($29 special offer + $129 for 8 sessions). The staff member mentioned that I have to try it for 2 months. But I told her that I only need 1 month plan. She then assured me that I could try the 8 sessions for the starting month and simply let the office know before the month ends if I do not wish to continue. So I signed up. To my surprise, when I returned for my 5th session I was informed by the front desk that I still had 3 sessions left and I will also be billed an additional $79 on the next billing cycle. This surprised me! At no point during my enrollment that it was clearly pointed out that there is a recurring monthly bill. For me who was told to start with 8 sessions for the first month sounded like a good deal. But I was misled and deceived into signing up for a recurring plan. To make matters worse, while I was addressing this issue with the front desk staff, one of their chiropractors — a male with curly hair Chris LaRue who was on duty at that time intruded into our conversation in a hostile manner. In the presence of another client, he said to me twice: “So are you trying to rob money from us?” His tone and words were unprofessional, disrespectful, and humiliating. As far as I know, I have fully paid a month’s bill and I don’t owe anything. He even shoved a copy of the wellness plan on my face and accused me of not reading it. This behavior was highly inappropriate and unacceptable, especially from a licensed healthcare professional. In no case should a client be treated in that manner! I still have 3 more sessions left but I’m not coming back to this Joint chiropractor!
I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years and even paid for several “treatment plans,” yet I was still in pain. On my very first visit with Dr. Chris, he suggested that my pain was caused by something completely different than what every other chiropractor had told me. An hour after I got home, the pain I’d lived with for years was about 90% gone. As a skeptic, I didn’t commit to any plan right away. But because Dr. Chris clearly demonstrated that he knew what he was doing—and actually got results—I went back the next day and signed up for a treatment package. He is extremely thorough, takes his time, and genuinely cares about helping his patients. I do tend to see him the most just because he is the one I am most established with but I do see the other doctors there sometimes and they are also really great! The office is very welcoming, and can generally get you in quick, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
I was pleased to find that your office was open on Saturday. I was in a fair bit of pain and needed attention ASAP. It was good to find your location was nearby. The attending chiropractor was very attentive, friendly and thorough. I’m doing better now. Thanks.
