I was referred to The Joint Chiropractic Practice by my neighbor who is a masseuse at one of the local fitness salons.When I told her of my increase of neck and back pain she immediately recommended The Joint. Today was my first visit and I couldn't be happier with the result. The doctor asked me what was going on and listened without interpretation to my less than concise description. He asked about triggers and and family history etc. Tested my reflexes and did a partial treatment on my back and while telling me everything he was going to do every step of the way. We decided to start with two treatments a week for 4 weeks and reacess before considering how to proceed. As an additional plus they are open in the evenings and weekends a variety of payment options. I recommend this practice without hesitation.
Scheduled an appointment here and after explaining the reason seeking treatment I was set up with a consultation visit. When I arrived Sandra the front desk associate or possible manager was very unwelcoming and said I couldn’t be seen because I was recently in an accident. She assumed that I was paying out of pocket without even asking those questions and disregarded my need for treatment. I believe race played a factor in this and I will not be using this company going forward totally unacceptable
Very nice and comfortable environment, I trusted the information and proactive advice I received during my initial appointment. I left my appointment with immediate back pain relief.
The ladies at the front are always so friendly and welcoming, they greet you with a smile every time! Dr. Broadhead is great; I sometimes have a hard time getting adjusted, but here I’m able to relax and actually get a good adjustment. I always leave feeling renewed and refreshed. It’s such a wonderful feeling to go somewhere that truly makes you feel better afterwards!
Staff is always friendly and welcoming! Love how quickly I can pop in and out for an adjustment and be on my way! Always a great experience!
