⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Buying our first home was both exciting and stressful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process than Rich. From the very beginning, we gave him a pretty tough list of “non-negotiables” — a high-rise condo, 3 bedrooms, and a view of water (lake/river), etc. Rich never once suggested we compromise. Instead, he patiently searched for nearly 6 months, sending us filtered listings every single day until we found the one. What impressed us most was how much he went above and beyond — doing video walkthroughs of homes we liked and even FaceTiming with us when needed. Thanks to him, we ended up with a dream home that checked every box, complete with a beautiful view of the lake. Importantly, in a financially healthy condo association. In today’s environment where many Florida condo associations face massive special assessments and capital contributions — sometimes forcing owners to sell at fire-sale prices just to comply with the state’s new condo laws — this gave us peace of mind and long-term security. Rich also connected us to an excellent mortgage broker, ensuring we got the best possible deal. His deep knowledge of Central Florida, and especially Orlando, gave us so much confidence. He guided us through negotiations skillfully — securing not just a fair price, but also furniture and fixtures from the previous owners (though I personally wish he had been just a touch more assertive at that stage). Beyond the transaction, what stood out most is Rich’s personality — soft-spoken, patient, and understanding of the stresses that come with being first-time buyers. He truly listened to our needs, kept us reassured throughout the process, and always treated us with genuine care and respect. We connected so well that we’ve become friends and now meet every first Friday for happy hours. We’ve already recommended him to friends and family, and will absolutely turn to him again for any future real estate needs.
