Quick and professional work, laptop not only repaired but old parts replaced with brand new ones. Price very reasonable for additional issues found not included in initial email correspondence with Matthew. All round very impressed and I'll be using this service again for repairs.
Its only been the 1st day after my MS Surface Pro’s screen got replaced for an LG screen and that’s the ultimate solution out there that works if you also suffering from the notorious FLICKER GATE problem‼️Lincoln did a fantastic job so far…btw they charging cheapest (330) than others on the Maps
Updated March 2022 - My keyboard was malfunctioning with the same issue previously fixed by Tom 3 months ago. Tom graciously replaced my keyboard and did it under warranty. Again, very thankful for such great and honest customer service! Original review Dec 2021 - Tom is excellent. Really helpful over the phone during my initial query, he looked up immediately if he could order in the part and how long it would take. He was very transparent about the whole process, that in the event we did not need the part, I would not need to pay for it. He even called me back to explain this. It was the best case scenario as my keyboard did not need to be replaced afterall, but he simply fixed another part inside, and charged a very reasonable price. Thanks Tom for the exceptional service and honesty!
I cannot express how happy I am with this service. Tom was incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with things, and the customer service was amazing, my laptop looked like there was no fix possible but Tom found what was wrong and went above and beyond to fix it for me. There was no stress involved at any time when dealing with these guys and I can't thank them enough. 100% recommended
