This was my first time going through an accident of this magnitude and Darren and his team were informative, welcoming, professional and transparent! I’d say, just leave it up to Darren truly. He played the long game and it paid off. This man went from refusing to settle at $6k to securing more than $15k. He was always approachable and took the time to understand my concerns. Even during tense moments between both parties, he gave nothing less than his absolute best. Thank you to Darren and his team for the help and attention regarding my personal injury case and getting my case to reach a settlement. I was recommended to this firm by a family member and I am very glad that they recommended me. Darren and his team always had time for any questions that I had about my case from start to finish, sometimes even outside of business hours. There was no sugar coating anything in the entire process. He would tell me “you have a very good case” but never just threw out random numbers at me and I appreciate that. Those are the small things that I knew right away that I had an amazing lawyer, many lawyers would just throw numbers and estimates at you and Darren would just say we have a good case and I will do the very best job that I can. Anytime there was a decision for me to make in my case, he would always tell me to do what I felt was best for me and all he wanted was for me to focus on recovering and getting the best treatment and that he would handle everything else in the best way that he can. He is not the type of lawyer who is just going to push you to do anything, in fact he will tell you, “if you need and want a certain treatment or surgery then let’s go for it, but if you feel that you don’t need it and don’t want it, then don’t”. I haven’t been in many situations where I need a lawyer, in fact this is the first, but one can assume that not all lawyers operate with such honesty and integrity like Darren and his team. Once again thank you to all at this office who assisted on my case. Thank you Darren for your amazing work and the amazing settlement we reached.
