This was our second time with the Duchess/Legend yacht service. Both experiences were excellent. The captain and crew were very professional, yet accomodating. Food and drinks were plentiful and met all needs. I can highly recommend this boat charter.
Booked The Legend for a 4-hour cruise for my office team and we all had the BEST time! The staff is wonderful and so flexible- they let us bring in sushi and cookies in addition to the food provided & our main passenger was delayed 30 mins so they waited for him- still ended the same time. They accommodated our party with such wonderful customer service and smiles. We loved getting to see dolphins, sea lions, dozens of gorgeous sailboats and a stunning sunset- would highly recommend!
The Legend’s crew was the best ! We decided to book it for our wedding and have a smaller celebration, it was the best choice we made! The crew was super helpful from not only the moment we booked but the entire time on the boat. They were extremely attentive, professional, kind & went above and beyond for our family. The bottomless food they served never went empty, they always made sure everyone had something to drink, one of the staff members took beautiful pictures of me & my husband that he made sure to airdrop to me after, and they even offered blankets when some of my family was cold! They made our day so special, the view was beautiful and everything really was perfect! My family kept talking about how great the staff & our cruise was! It was our first time ever booking something like this and I’m so happy we went with The Legend! If we ever want to celebrate on a cruise again for a future event, we will definitely book again!
This was the first time we’ve ever booked any kind of charter yacht before and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the experience was. My friends and I booked the Legend for my 30th birthday, and the crew was fantastic. Skip was incredibly thorough and accommodating throughout the booking process, even adding a 6 pack of the beer I liked to our accommodation. I had mentioned wanting to do a sunset cruise up to Malibu and Skip made sure we booked it at the right time to have amazing sunset views of the coastline. Our crew the day of took fantastic care of us, serving drinks, food, and making sure we had music throughout the boat as we mixed and mingled. Capt Steve stopped the boat to make sure we could take in the sites and get plenty of pictures. Thank you again to Skip, Capt Steve, Dawson and Fransisco for making my birthday so memorable and special.
We hosted a Company outing for 20 aboard the Legend. The crew was so accomodating and helpful. They helped make our day totally amazing. We did a trip to Catalina Island and it was a perfect day! The morning spread for breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We decided to only do a snack prior to reaching the island. The shrimp were tasty as were the meats and cheeses. Our time on the island was also perfect. The trip home we had a really nice sandwich spread. There was no lack of beverages, food or friendly service. We would without a doubt set sail on the legend!!
