I had a shoulder injury and was referred to Patty @ The Lift Pilates and I feel back to 100%! Patty is INCREDIBLE! She is beyond knowledgeable and the absolute BEST teacher. Patty is an excellent pilates instructor. She's so incredibly knowledgable on traditional teachings of Joe Pilates - ensuring proper technique and form. The equipment is top tier and the space is so clean. I've been seeing her months and now through my pregnancy. Pilates has been such a great form of exercise for my body and overall health. If you're looking for private trainings with her or her team - I highly recommend the studio!
I am beginning my fifth year of working with Patty at The Lift. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, compassionate, and by far the best Pilates instructor I have encountered. I am stronger, more flexible, and have better posture. Patty cares deeply about her clients, and this is reflected in the results I have seen over the last four years.
The best thing I have done for my health and fitness this year has been to start private pilates sessions at The Lift. Patty is a wonderful teacher- very skilled at helping me release stiffness and tension, build strength, improve my balance and posture, and move more freely. I feel so much better and learn so much with every session!
I have been seeing Patty for a few months and the results have been incredible! I came to her with a hip flexor injury from 2012 that prevented me from being able to externally rotate my knee and she has helped mobilize and strengthen my hips so much that I have seen outstanding improvement. She also has helped my lower back and spine tremendously. My posture is so much better, my shoulders have opened up and I feel taller after each class! Patty is very knowledgeable and kind and I highly recommend both her and this fantastic studio!
