Had a great experience at the Luxeroom. All of the injectors are legit medical professionals. Pricing is good for what you get this place feels really safe and legit. Ava made me feel relaxed with a first time treatment and I love the results! Definitely going to be my new go-to spot.
I have had a few treatments here and love this location for convenience. Easy parking, quiet, luxe environment. My most recent microneedling treatment was with Lisa P. She was knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. After discussing my concerns, her knowledge provided me with the best alternative choice of treatment, which was less expensive than what I had originally booked. I know she will be moving to the new location they opened in Rino, and I’m willing to try that location to stay with her. 😁
Ava G was AMAZING! She’s not only incredibly personable, but also extremely talented and thorough. She took the time to truly listen to my goals, offered thoughtful and unbiased recommendations, and educated me on realistic expectations throughout the process. I never felt pressured and felt completely at ease every step of the way - and I am obsessed with my results. Highly recommend Ava for a top-tier experience. The front desk team was also so warm and welcoming!
Kim R. was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to go over different options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. I am very happy with my Dysport results. On top of being incredibly skilled, Kim has a fantastic sense of humor that made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be going back—The Luxe Room is the only place I will ever go!
I had such a great experience with Kim at The Luxe Room!!! She was incredibly warm, thorough, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout my Sculptra and filler treatment. She took the time to explain everything, set clear expectations, and her technique was so gentle. The follow-up and communication have also been amazing- it’s obvious she really cares about her patients and their results. I’m already feeling great about the treatment and I trust her completely with my face. Highly recommend Kim if you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly lovely to work with! 🌟
