My first point of contact was Irene. I've explained my issues what I would like to be the focus. She recommended to book an appointment with Jade. Jade was so friendly, explained everything throroughly and answered any questions i have had. She really made me feel at ease. During the treatment, she focused on the areas I wanted and was so approachable. Jade was so lovely and recommended coming back but not pushing for a sale. She was absolutely amazing and I'll be back for further treatment.

Maëlle was fantastic with my sciatica issues. Very knowledgeable she had my trust throughout the process. Alongside her hands on treatment Maelle provided excellent advice and guidance on my overall recuperation, including a home and gym exercise regime. Highly recommended!
Jade was excellent. Lovely welcome and the initial assessment was quick and thorough. Massage intensity was just right for me. No hard sell to come back but I wanted to so book a return straight away.
