VerificadoI am an adult and I have taken piano classes and violin classes and learned so much in a short time. The faculty are all incredibly talented Austin musicians and the vibe is perfect. This is a great asset to the Mueller community and beyond

My son went to a summer camp here. He has been playing the electric guitar for about 8 months at his school. He has learned so much in the small amount of time he was here. I am so amazed that in 1 week he learned 6 songs and he is only 10 years. After this camp he has decided his real passion is playing the guitar. I can’t wait to enroll him in lessons here and see how much more he can learn!

This school is an absolute gem: from the knowledgeable and friendly people that work here (Andrew, thank you for being not only talented and a great teacher, but a great person as well) you can tell they're passionate about music and sharing that with others. highly recommended.

I take piano lessons here with Esteban. What a gem this place is! Super warm and engaging environment with a plethora of teachers and skill sets to choose from. Even within piano there’s 4 solid choices for teachers, each with their own style. No matter who you are, all of the teachers have a fluency to cultivate that inner musician and meet you where you’re at. The owner and inside space are both very professional. Even though everyone is friendly and gracious, you wouldn’t believe the absurd level of musical education and expertise within the building. There are multiple word-class musicians in the school, and every single one of them is available for lessons. They even have their own recording studio in there! How cool. The location is great too. You can take stroll in the lakeside park or get a bite at a restaurant (Colleen’s Kitchen, anyone?) right after a lesson. That is all to say, if you’re on the fence about taking lessons, do it! Not only are these peeps the coolest and most welcoming, but they are legitimate professional musicians. Highly recommend!

My son just finished the rock camp at Music Academy of Austin, and had a fantastic time working with the instructors here. The kid's band and the instruction they received was way beyond what we expected- remarkable! The instructors were all extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended (:

My 13 year old daughter recently expressed interest in music lessons. She wanted to sing and play drums. We started with lessons at The Music Academy and she was immediately hooked and it’s the highlight of her week. This past month she attended the Battle of the Bands summer camp and she had an incredible time. She learned and performed 6 songs with her band and they even had a recording session. I had no idea that music was going to become such an important part of her life but her experience at camp has made a big impression and she loves it. Andrew and the rest of the teachers at the Music Academy do a great job and really care about teaching. I’m so glad they joined the neighborhood!
