Lucy at the front desk is fantastic and makes the whole process seamless and always greets you with a smile. Most importantly, I am seeing fantastic results from the hair treatment that Dr. Nick is administering. The One Spa is so unbelievably great. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by the most amazing and kind staff, and the place itself is beautiful. The entire team is so professional, has great attention to detail, and Dr. Elbaridi is great and takes the time to explain every aspect of the treatment and will honestly tell you what you need. His precision and technique is unmatched and he has a gentle approach - I did not even feel pain during the injections. The ambiance, membership options, state of the art facilities, and the wide range of treatments available make this place unique. Highly recommend !
