Since I began working with Isaac at the Bryant Irvin location in August of 2025, I’ve not only made great strides in improving my strength, but have lost 15 lbs. Isaac is knowledgeable, professional and motivating, always keeping my goals and concerns at the forefront of each session. This workout has proven to be effective and doable for me, and working with Isaac has been an undeniable part of my success.
The Perfect Workout is perfect. I am so much more fit and strong. My balance and appearance are much better. Issac is my trainer and he is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and motivating. Could not do this without him. It really is the perfect workout.

Not only has the Perfect Workout helped me build physical strength, but it has motivated me to incorporate exercise into other parts of my week, even on the days I’m not at the gym. I was nervous about coming back to workout during COVID but Kathryn reassured me about the protocols they follow and I have felt very comfortable working out there. Kathryn is a great trainer—she gives me a lot of positive feedback and she is able to motivate me to always do that extra rep! I have had many trainers over the years but Kathryn is one of the very best I’ve ever had. Her always cheerful attitude is a real plus too!
I have been doing this workout for two years. I have had amazing results in muscle strength and tone. Additionally, I have developed significant core strength that has eliminated my back and lower extremity pain. Kathryn is a fabulous trainer and really works with me to modify exercises to fit my needs in order to gain the most benefit. Love her and this innovative method!!!!
