The Pilates Grup is a wonderful and clean environment. Jen is a fabulous instructor who makes exercise fun.
Excellent instructors who really focus on core pilates techniques (pun intended) and movements. Since they are a smaller studio,, they are able to offer more guidance and creative workouts in a safe manner compared to the large volume studios.
We're snowbirds, but Jen and Michelle treat us like family for the 7 or 8 winter weeks we're in the neighborhood. Our private duet classes are thoughtful and challenging, and Michelle has something new to surprise our bodies each session. The reformers themselves are different from the ones we're used to the rest of the year, and perhaps a little tired, but they are well maintained and get us working hard with good people at the helm. Don't forget to hydrate!
Absolutely love this studio. Ive taken classes with Michelle for the 2/3 level. She scales the moves so you can try all the way through advanced. I love how clear she is with instructor and class is just fun overall. Lindsay is also a fabulous instructor. Her mixed apparatus and athletic reformer class have a lot of variety and her instructing is also stellar. This studio rocks.
I have been coming to this Pilates studio 1-2 days a week for about a 2 months now and the difference I feel in my body already is incredible. Lindsay is a phenomenal instructor who is intuitive and knows how to help people connect with their bodies. I also love that she knows how to modify movements for all levels. There are only 5 reformers in the studio so the classes are intimate and the instructor has time to correct movements which I really appreciate as a newbie. All of the instructors have significant backgrounds in various fields, such as dance, yoga, fitness, physical therapy, among others. The studio itself is clean, cozy, and welcoming. 5 stars for this woman-owned business and I can’t wait to see my strength improve even more.
