Pilates ritual is my favorite place to be. In all the chaos in life, I find peace and self worth here. I love the opportunity to workout with my friends in a beautiful and welcoming space. Tiana is amazing and talented at what she does, she really knows her craft and has created such an inclusive and fun environment. As a beginner I have never felt out of place! I feel great after leaving Pilates class and have completely fallen in love with the ritual ❤️
Absolutely love Crystal’s Reformer class! Crystal is truly a phenomenal instructor! She has an incredible eye for alignment, form, and her cues are clear, precise, and extremely encouraging. I left her class feeling completely rejuvenated. Her energy creates such a positive and empowering environment. Highly recommend!
Wow! First Pilates class ever and I can’t wait to come back. Crystal is a fabulous instructor who kept the energy up, created a safe space for an awesome workout and provided each of us with modifications if needed(newbie) to make it easier or harder. The space was absolutely beautiful as well. I think I’m going to be pretty freaking sore tomorrow, but sure had fun getting there!
Had an amazing class with Crystal at Pilates Ritual! The space is beautiful and the class was so much fun. Great music and great vibes! I hadn’t done a class in several years and crystal made me feel so comfortable and explained everything perfectly. Thank you for an amazing experience!
Such a great studio! Tiana is a gifted instructor- she has super creative classes that will kick your booty right into gear. The studio space is so cute and chic. Each class is basically a semi private instruction cause classes are so small. No notes!
