I am giving this business a two star review because of my first, and last, appointment this past weekend. I had originally scheduled with someone specific but when I arrived was told I was going to be seeing someone else. Pretty annoying at first but I went ahead and followed the girl into the room for my service. I decided to get the “sensitive skin” treatment for my Brazilian and upper legs which is just them putting a rag of witch hazel on the waxed area… not impressed. A few hours after I got home I noticed HUGE red spots all over the inside of my legs, and although I have sensitive skin, I have never had a reaction like this in the YEARS I’ve been getting waxed. In addition, I received my Brazilian as requested but woke up the next day to more than a dozen ingrown hairs in that area. This is not usual for my sensitive skin and I am not prone to ingrowns. I had to reach out to a dermatologist to get a cream to help soothe the area. The girl who preformed the service was very sweet, which was this businesses only saving grace and the reason I didn’t give one star.
I have came here for a few years now, and I love the cleanliness. I have had multiple waxers but no one better than saniyah, she is very quick and gets you in and out with great results.
This place is everything people say it is—amazing! My tech, Aliaah, was awesome. She’s well-trained, certified, and really knows her stuff. On top of that, she was so kind and patient. Aliaah is perfect for first-time visitors ❤️
