Amazing experience! I'm honestly not sure how to fully encapsulate my experience with Jessica. I was in need of some headshots. After searching for something nearby, I couldn't find much. So I figured a 3 hour road trip would be better. From the initial contact on the website to the day of the shoot, communication was amazing and constant. We had a quick call about what to wear and once fully booked, a welcome letter with how to hydrate and where to park. All around just great. Day of was so good. I was nervous but immediately at ease by Jessica's vibes and the studio. There's a green room for your stuff and to change. Very comfortable and lovely. We went through the pictures same day and after culling, I trusted her enough to pick out my headshots. The final product is fantastic! Absolutely amazing. Totally worth the drive for me and I can't wait to get booked using these ☺️

I had an INCREDIBLE time with Jessica at The Refinery Photo Studio in the heart of the Third Ward. Super easy access to the studio itself, and a gorgeous view looking out towards the city. There was a separate dressing room space with perfect natural lighting and a vanity space to touch up makeup and hair, as well as a hanging rack to go through all clothing options. I have been performing as an actor for the past 14 years and have never felt so special and understood by a photographer as I did with Jessica at Refinery. You can tell she has the experience and understanding of the best backdrops, clothing, lighting, angles, among so many other things. AND they have snacks, and tea!!! Get your photos done with Jessica ASAP, you do not want to miss an opportunity to collaborate with Refinery on your next photoshoot. I'm attaching one of the incredible photos from our session.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We truly cannot say enough good things about Jessica and Ryan. From the moment we received our photos, we were absolutely OBSESSED. Every single image feels magical, emotional, and so us. Their artistry, their eye for light, and the way they captured the feeling of the day is beyond anything we could have hoped for. Looking through the photos felt like reliving the day all over again, and we genuinely could not be happier. They are a DREAM TEAM. On the wedding day itself, Jessica and Ryan brought the most immaculate, calming, joyful energy. Jessica has photographed me 4x now and I couldn’t be happier with the consistent and utterly excellent results. Being a photographer myself, I am not as comfortable in front of the camera as I am behind it. Every time I have worked with Jessica she is on point, attentive, and extremely easy to be around. She is the only photographer who has ever been able to capture my essence, and my essence is FAST! I cannot sit still when the camera is on me, awkward robot... yes that’s me. Jessica always knows the right thing to say to help me settle in and become comfortable though conversation and calm energy. I adore her and know you will too!
