A friend recommended this place for having lunch. I had the Loa salad. It was delicious. My dessert was the coconut cream pie. Delicious. Fun place. Delicious foods. Great service. It's an adventure. Plan to spend time browsing the many antiques in the store.
Have been there several times, but today was the last time. Chicken tortilla soup looked and tasted horrible and was served in salad bowls. Quiche was cold and chicken salad was only so-so. I was sorely disappointed!
Really unique local spot. The food is really good. We had the club and the lasagna. Strawberry shortcake for desert as well. Reminds you of a simpler time.
I met some friends for a celebration lunch! The dining room is low lit and cozy, tucked away within a fun and eclectic antique shop. The service staff was welcoming, happy, and paced our meal perfectly. I ordered the sample plate. Everything was delicious, and the temperature of each serving was perfect given I had quiche, lasagna soup, a chicken salad scoop, fruit, and pumpkin bread. It all complimented well. We were able to BYOB (they dont sell it, nor can they pour it) and enjoyed a glass of bubbly with cheers to our friend! We are excited to try their high tea soon as well. Who can resist scones and cream!!? It's definitely a great place for an enjoyable lunch.
Always love coming here. Got to experience their High Tea for the first time and loved it. It comes out as 3 separate courses starting with sandwiches and quiche, followed by scones with cream and jam and then mini desserts. Everything was very fresh and tasty. You have a choice of 8 different teas and they will bring you as much as you want. Jackie provided great service. We had a wonderful time!
