Just had a 60 minute CBD massage with Sarah. She was amazing the massage felt so good and she had an amazing flow. The staff was so friendly as well! I will be back the next time I’m in town
I came to the Sanctuary Day Spa because my family bought me a gift card for my birthday. They live out of the country and chose this place solely based on the reviews and it definitely lived up to the 5 star expectation! Heather did my facial and lash lift and it was a wonderful experience. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced. She made me feel very comfortable and I was really pleased with the results! I also got a massage with Sarah and I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a deep tissue massage!
I am new to Tampa, and found The Sanctuary Day Spa when searching for somewhere to treat myself for my birthday. As a busy mom of 3 small kids, I don’t get much “me time” these days, and it really has to be worth it to take time away. Today was the most relaxing afternoon I’ve had in a while, and an amazing way to spend my day! I booked a massage & facial package, and they were genuinely the best I’ve ever had, by far! Sarah has me feeling like a new person. Her hands are magical! I am 5 months postpartum, and she was able to give me such expert, customized treatment to help relieve my stress and work out muscle tension and tightness I’ve had for months. I plan to see her regularly moving forward! Gabby is an incredibly talented esthetician. Her knowledge of skincare is extensive, and she was able to give me personalized advice for how to get my skin looking its best. Unlike other places I’ve been, she didn’t pressure me at all to buy products or book more appointments. Instead, she gave thoughtful feedback for how I can help myself best, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. I can’t wait to see her again, and my skin is glowing since my facial! The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and has much attention to detail. The staff were kind and personable and made my day special from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. Booking was easy over the phone, and prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Finding this hidden gem was the highlight of my birthday!! I wanted to spend my day relaxing, reflecting, and simply enjoying being pampered. The Sanctuary did not disappoint!! From the moment we entered the spa, the energy was pure and welcoming. Maddie greeted us at the front and had charcuterie and refreshments waiting for us. I was immediately taken back into the room with the wonderful Anais, she came in on her day off, just to accommodate our party. Anais was gentle, hospitable, kind, and encouraging. She explained every step of the process and made sure I had every comfort available. She has healing hands and a gentle aura that allows you to fully disconnect and heal. The facial she performed on me was next level! My skin has never looked better!! Thank you Anais for being a beautiful soul!! My mom and sister had Michelle for their massages and they both walked out of the room transformed by Michelle’s reiki healing and gentle hands. Michelle truly offered an ambiance of her healing power even in conversation, she was inspiring and authentic! Heather did the facials on my mom and sister and by far, this is the best experience they’ve ever had!! One thing that Heather said that stood out to us was “We Manifest the clients we want because we keep our place a Sanctuary for our guests”, this was a striking statement because it truly made us all so grateful for the experience, being warmly welcomed, and confirmed to us that this hidden gem would be our new safe Sanctuary in our hearts. It is only a truly life changing experience that can allow a review in this length, but it is well deserved because I would rate this 15/10, if possible. Can’t wait to return and continue to enjoy the perks of being a client of this amazing establishment. Thank you all for making my birthday experience the best I’ve had in many years, you are truly appreciated❣️🙏🏽✨
The facility is nice, it’s clean, the front desk person is attentive and hospitable. My service was good not great. I’m used to being asked what area I would like to focus on more if the pressure is good, but that didn’t happen, I arrived 15 min early, she was not ready to receive me at my appointment time. I entered the room to get ready for my massage when my services should have been starting. We started maybe 10-15 min after my actual time for my appointment. I had two services combined so one and a half hours. We ended exactly at the length of time my appointments. There was No extra couple min done to make up that time. Granted she did have someone right before I got there, so she may have been tiered, but I paid just like they did and wanted my full time and pressure. I still tipped her and bought a piece of jewelry they sell she did provide me a service. Even though I wasn’t 100% satisfied. Don’t know if I will go back, if so it will be with a different masques.
