I had an appointment last Saturday, and it was my first time visiting The Sanctuary Spa. I booked the Hocus Pocus package, which included a massage, facial, and pedicure—and wow, I had the best experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the whole atmosphere instantly put me at ease. Stephanie did my massage, and OMG… it was heavenly. The massage tables are heated—which I loved because you’re never cold and it makes everything feel even more relaxing. She found the perfect pressure, not too hard and not too soft. I told her it was my first massage and that I was worried about being ticklish, but she was so communicative and reassuring. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, and it wasn’t ticklish at all. I was in pure bliss. I will definitely be back for another massage with her. Justine did my facial, and it was just as amazing. So relaxing. When the masks needed time to set, she massaged my shoulders, arms, and hands—and she even used hand warmers, which was such a cozy touch. My skin looked super glowy afterward. I usually break out easily because of my sensitive skin, but not this time. My skin looked flawless that day and in the days after. Olga did my pedicure, and it was genuinely one of the best I’ve had. I’m really picky about pedicures, especially places that don’t actually clean the corners or under the toenails, but Olga did an incredible job. My toes looked perfect. I normally ALWAYS get white polish, but since I was having a whole luxurious moment, I decided to try something new. She recommended a beautiful brown shade—perfect for fall—and I’m obsessed. The hot stone massage during the pedicure was amazing too. I walked out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with beautiful nails. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it is absolutely worth every penny. Between the exceptional customer service, the stunning ambiance, and the overall experience, I have zero complaints. I’ll definitely be returning.
I discovered Sanctuary Spa at Tradition on Google while visiting the area for the weekend, and I’m so glad I did. My partner and I booked a couples massage, and it was exactly what we needed — relaxing, soothing, and it truly carried us away. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a stress-free experience. The massage itself was soft, gentle, and very relaxing. While I would have loved a little more attention on my fingers and toes, overall the service was wonderful and left me feeling refreshed. If you’re in the area and looking to unwind, I definitely recommend giving Sanctuary Spa at Tradition a try for a rejuvenating couples experience.
I had such an amazing experience at Sanctuary Spa at Tradition. I did the head spa treatment, and it was beyond relaxing. Stephanie was very welcoming and the treatment was amazing, relaxing, and exhilarating. The entire process was so therapeutic, and my scalp and hair felt so refreshed afterward. I would highly recommend Sanctuary Spa at Tradition to anyone looking for relaxation and scalp wellness. My appointments already been booked for next month!
I got a European facial done with Barbara and it was a wonderful experience! Barbara is so kind, professional and easy to chat with. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing/what each product was for. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Will definitely be back in the future for another facial with Barbara!
Julissa did such an amazing job on my 12 year old’s nails!! I mean look! She was so patient and encouraging. It’s one thing when I get good service but when you’re good to my baby? You have my heart. I’ve been to the Sanctuary Spa a number of times before, and I’ve never had a bad experience. But this was top notch. Highly recommend!!
