I treated myself to the Deluxe Scalpical at Hair Spa Braddon and it was pure indulgence from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Dong greeted me warmly and took the time to walk me through each step of the service I’d chosen. She checked in about massage firmness and thoughtfully asked if I was claustrophobic before explaining the drip mask, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel very considered and personal. The scalp cleanse and massage were next level. It’s an experience I’d recommend to everyone. Deeply relaxing, almost transcendent, and unlike anything I’ve had before. The firm face massage was an unexpected highlight. It eased the tightness in my jaw and left my face looking noticeably slimmer and more relaxed. My scalp is still tingling, my hair feels incredibly soft, fresh, and cleaner than I can remember it ever being. If you’re looking for a luxurious reset for your scalp and nervous system, Hair Spa Braddon and Dong deliver it beautifully. I’ll absolutely be back.
Saw Marie for the Zen Warm Oil therapy and it was absolutely incredible - so relaxing and such a lovely experience. Marie was warm, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. I’d highly recommend the extended massage, it was brilliant! Will definitely be returning again!
Hong was incredible! she created the perfect environment to unwind and relax! She is so lovely and kind and is very client focused to work along. I will be going back and asking for her again 🤍 Thank you Hong, from a tired nurse who needed this to relax and reset ☺️
I booked a lymphatic facial as a birthday treat and had Marie as my therapist. She was wonderful, very gentle & made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and so good. I’ll definitely be back, especially since I love Murad products.
Such a great relaxing zen time. Marie was amazing, so much knowledge, calming and added in such a positive way to the overall experience. Products smelt incredible and my skin loved them. Definitely going to be a repeat customer
