I booked the Glovember facial with Rachel B. My skin was congested and Rachel not only cleared it up but rehydrated me with the best, CLEAN INGREDIENT products. I am very specific about what I use on my skin and Rachel took the time to listen and really cared about my skin goals and concerns. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. It was a true spa experience! So good that I fell asleep! Thank you Rachel B for the best facial I’ve ever had. I've been going to SMI for several years now, and they are under new ownership now. The spa experience is a very elevated feel now, with elegance and new tools, products, and technology. The booking process for the student spa is fast and simple. My student aesthetician today was Rachel B. I got a dermaplane facial and it was amazing. Rachel had a firm and therapeutic touch that promoted a relaxing atmosphere. She explained clearly what she was doing at each step and discussed the products she'd be using too. She was very thorough during the dermaplane and I came out looking and feeling like a 10/10. I will definitely be back for future treatments.
