I love the Ballantyne Spa! I’ve been multiple times for haircuts, facials, and massages. I’ve never had a bad experience, but my most recent experience has by far been the best. I came in for a last minute haircut in need of some help fixing a badly botched cut I received from another salon two days prior. Not only did Kelli give me the dream cut I was looking for, but her hospitality and warm personality made the experience. She took the time to know my hair type, and how to perfectly achieve what I was looking for and what fit right for me. Her attention to detail is incredible! She was so friendly and welcoming, I will absolutely be coming back to see Kelli for any styling or haircuts I need. Thank you Kelli for a 10/10 experience!
I visited the spa and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The massage, spa area, pool, and the provided disposable slippers and robes were all great. They also offered nice drinks, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the old hair dryer, which took a long time to dry my hair, and the interior could use an update, as some parts feel outdated. Overall, it was a great visit, and with a few improvements it could be perfect.
I've traveled here every year for about 5 years as a pamper day gifted to me by my husband. My husband would watch the kids in the attached hotel while I went to the spa to get a massage, mani, pedi, and a hair cut. The average I spend is between $400 and $500 in the spa every time. The experience here has gone so far down hill in the last 5 years. Last year I got a 90 min pedicure that was supposed to have a 30 min leg massage and instead of getting that, the tech left me alone for my feet to "soak" for 30 minutes. I just went back today (October 25th 2025) and the 1st thing that changed was that they charged me before I even got the services. (Which includes a 20% gratuity, of which, only 15% goes to the tech and 5% is just extra profit for the spa) The massage, mani, and pedi were actually pretty nice besides the massage starting 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. The hair cut was my biggest problem. I reserved a 90 minute Master stylist a month ago. They put me with a senior stylist who was 10 minutes late getting me (11:10am). She tried to understand what I was looking for, but like the last time I came, she fell short of understanding what I wanted. She was done at 12:10pm (just an hour). She offered to style my hair, but not in the way that I had asked. I went to the front desk to address my concern and the 4 people at the reception desk were egar to agree with me, but not to offer any refund or real solution. One said she was going to call a manager while another one was showing me that I had to choose my stylist when I booked online to guarantee that I got the stylist that I wanted...I wanted a master not a senior...seems pretty straight forward to reserve a master and get a master. I waited in awkward silence until the one who offered to get the manager offered to get the manager again. While still not getting the manager. She didn't seem like she was actually going to get a manager at all. I didn't have time to just sit around and play games so I left. They lost yet another customer with their terrible customer service, bait and switch, and robbery. I do not reccomend coming to this spa unless you want them to steal your money and not give you what you want or what you paid for.

My experience at The Spa at Ballantyne was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was serene, luxurious, and welcoming.
