Worst Spa I've ever been to. From the rude unhelpful staff to the water that only goes from extreme cold to extreme hot no in between. No unscented lotions or beauty Products. Their lotion smelled like toilet bowl cleaner. I desperately needed some type of lotion to put on my face after my massage and shower. I could not bring myself to put that on my face . The place is a confusing maze and dimly lit so you can't figure out where you're going. No one willing to assist. Actually felt like A fire hazard. Masseuse found plenty of ways to waste time out of my massage and applied such mild pressure that I found the whole entire thing to be a complete waste of time and actually very uncomfortable. I will never be returning to this Spa. It was an awful experience and no privacy for changing. After complaining to a friend he shared that he had a horrible experience trying to purchase a gift card for his mother so apparently it's not just me....
An Unbeatable Urban Oasis We have returned to the Four Seasons Denver Spa for multiple staycations, and it never fails to impress. Despite being in the heart of the city, the atmosphere is incredibly quiet and serene. Because the spa is more intimate in scale, the service feels extremely personalized and friendly. It’s our favorite local escape—highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, peaceful retreat
Amazing facial and massage, but the front desk experience completely ruined it. I’ve visited this Four Seasons spa many times, and my husband has always booked my appointments. At this exact spa and many others. For my birthday, he arranged my services and paid in advance, yet upon checkout I was told I needed to use my own card. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. Sadly, this experience left a terrible impression, and I won’t be returning.
I contemplated writing this because I have a rule that I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I was pretty disappointed in my spa experience here. Given the price of services and the fact that this is supposed to be a four seasons, I felt compelled. I love to enjoy a spa day and this was probably the only one I’ve ever had that was not super enjoyable. I’ve been to three other four seasons spas around the US and they were all incredible . My husband got us a couples massage for our anniversary. We went early before the massage to use the services, and the steam room and hot tub were both broken in the women’s locker room. These are the only options other than the lounge. One of the showers was also broken. We asked about enjoying the outdoor pool and were told you have to be a hotel guest to enjoy the pool on that specific day? (which was super disappointing given the price of services and that all of their stuff in the women’s space was not working). There was no one at the pool, so we did go lay next to it for a bit anyways. I did notify the staff about the broken steam room , shower, and hot tub. The massage was okay, but I definitely think the entire experience was vastly overpriced and disappointing for broken facilities and just okay massage and service. You pay this price to enjoy the facilities along with the treatment, otherwise we would have seen our regular massage therapist for a (much better) massage. I’ve been to a lot of spas and definitely would not go back here or recommend it unfortunately.
My wife had a wonderful experience here a couple of holidays ago. So much so that she still raves about the experience! The spa is beautiful, and the service was excellent. This is, in her opinion, the premier place in Denver for a luxury spa treatment.
