The Space Between is such a special place! The studio itself is stunning, with lots of natural light, plenty of room to flow and move with ease, and *brimming* with plant life! You really have to see it to believe. The schedule offers a variety of classes to accommodate all types of yogis. The true strength of TSB is in the incredible crew of instructors. So much talent, heart, community, and FUN in one place, you really can’t go wrong with any class or any teacher. How lucky are we to have all this?
I’ve been going to this yoga studio for almost a year now and it has been such a great addition to my weekly routine! It truly feels like a community and the instructors are amazing (shout out Rachel and Lin)! I was nervous restarting my fitness journey but the beginner yoga classes here are so good and really help with building proper form and growing in my confidence on the mat again.
Rachel’s Beginner Flow Yoga class was great! She was really helpful and guided us through each pose. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Perfect for beginners.
My favorite yoga studio to go to! I’ve taken multiple classes, and have enjoyed each of them. I especially love Anna’s, Carmen’s and Raveen’s classes (I like my yoga a little spicy).
I highly recommend the Yin Yoga class with Cesar Villagran at The Space Between Yoga Studio. He is very welcoming and friendly. "Yin yoga aims to increase flexibility and mobility in the deeper tissues of the body, such as ligaments, fascia, and joints, which are often overlooked in more active yoga styles. Long-Held Poses: Poses are held for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes or even longer, allowing the body to relax into the stretch and the mind to quiet. " The studio is well-stocked with bolsters, straps, blocks, and everything needed for a great session. I can’t wait to go back and attend another Yin Yoga class with Carlos
