This place is heaven sent! I appreciate Coach so much for creating a safe space for me to come learn, grow physically and mentally. My spirit new I needed a coach and environment as great as this gym. The Sugar Factory is the ideal place for you to come and become the best version of yourself! Coach is a great man. He’s a great personal trainer ever an even better person. I leave the gym every time feeling my best. Be prepared, it’s not a place for the weak. The Sugar Factory will bring out the best in you!
