I had a very disappointing manicure experience. The technician cut my cuticle too aggressively, which caused a visible wound and bleeding around my nail. This is not acceptable for a professional manicure.
I am a regular customer at the ten spot (vieux port location) and I cannot recommend it enough. The girls are so friendly and welcoming and super professional and talented at what they do. I have been coming here since moving to Montreal and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Special shoutout to Andrea, Sharon and Shakeela :)

Wonderful service and ambiance! My esthetician Andrea gave me an amazing pedicure and brow shaping. She was attentive, gentle, very professional and kind. The salon was clean and the vibe was super chill and inviting. Will definitely be back to explore more of the services.
I’m a big Ten Spot fan and was delighted to find a location a few steps from our hotel. I had an exceptional mani and pedi with Sharon yesterday at this location. She gave me exactly what I was looking for and was super pleasant. The products are high quality and everything feels clean and serene. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!
