Not this stores fault but this is the store I shipped from, total now 2 hours on the phone with customer care. Delivery was rerouted 2 hours south of destination, delivered with no photo and now Christmas gifts for grands are missing. Customer Care said it will be next week before they can TRY to get the station to send someone back to get the misdelivered items, like thats gonna happen. Irreplaceable gifts were shipped and UPS has ALWAYS been better than anyone getting deliveries on time and right place.
Female sales associate stole my return. Said she would make so that I wouldn’t have pay to print return label, but canceled my return and used another previously purchased item as the return scan code. I was appalled when I contacted Amazon checking the status of the return for face tracking tripod and was told the return had been canceled, when I gave to the female associate at UPS…can’t trust ANYONE. So what she stole was broken…good for her 😡😳😡🙄😡‼️‼️‼️‼️
I had such a great experience with the red-haired associate! I didn’t catch his name, but he went above and beyond when my label was printed incorrectly. He kindly offered to reprint it with no hassle at all. It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and accommodating these days.
Went there today with legit 17 ish returns and Trysta helped me. She was awesome! Very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a complete a hole for having so many returns lol usually I can tell they are annoyed but she was not and super friendly give that girl a raise 🙂
⸻ UPS lost my package and gave me a disrespectful response. I paid $92 to ship a package from Dallas to Miami valued at $500-$600. It never arrived, and they only refunded me $180. The manager told me the clothing “was not of significant value” and then stopped responding. Terrible service, zero accountability. I do not recommend this l
