I have had a fabulous expereince with The Video Factory today. Reported an issue with my Samsung 12KG washing machine on Thursday of last week, through Samsung customer service, sent the required video. I had a call the same day from the Video Facorty, and withinh 3 working days, Lynden was schedulled and arrived with the required replacement parts. Lynden was pleasant, knowlegable, efficient and did the job in no time at all without any mess or bother. Thank you for the attention to detail, and my excellent customer service experience.
The power supply recently died in my LG C1 OLED. Got in touch with LG who organised for Video Factory to fix it (manufacturing fault, so the repair was free). They got to me within 3 days and had everything up and running as new within 25 minutes. They even cleaned the panel. Quick, professional and no nonsense - highly recommend.

I am thankful that you have such a great worker that knew exactly how to quickly and effectively solved my problem and also provide expert guidance and understanding of the situation I was in. The original technician attended under warranty to address issues with our Samsung 12kg top loader. He disassembled the machine and performed a high-pressure clean of the tub — something we had never previously required on any washing machine. He also recommended we stop using liquid detergent, despite it being the product specified in the Samsung manual. Six months later, the same problem persists: the machine continues to accumulate grime and debris, which transfers onto clothing. During the second visit, the technician from Video Factory openly stated he was not a washing machine specialist. He conducted a brief inspection and, despite clear evidence of malfunction, reported “no fault.” Numerous online reviews highlight issues with this model’s so-called “magic filters,” which are consistently failing. We are now left with a washing machine that does not clean clothes — it damages them. This is unacceptable for a product of this type and price. Looks like we have to go to ACCC on this lemon!
