I was glad that Vitamin Shoppe was open on New Years Day. Even though I knew what I was looking for, the associate working alone there greeted me, asked if I needed assistance or advice. I was pleased to come in and walk out there with my purchase and a $1.00 JOCKO GO energy drink that I have never tasted before, which I always wanted to, but the $1.00 drink made it manifest which I am now considering stocking up.
I absolutely love coming to this location. Parking is always available and very convenient. Store manager 'Miss Grace' is so helpful and very patient everything I purchased has helped me tremendously in my health journey. Thanks Vitamin Shoppe!
I have never had such poor customer service, im sorry to say, david he said his name is should definitely be behind in the back with a proper sales & support group in front. He does plspeak clearly, he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. If a manager reads this, he needs some sort of help & should not be there alone. Horrible experience, I will not ever return. X designer & teacher completely disappointed
This is usually my go to shop. Wasn’t happy with the sales person yesterday when I stopped in and quite frankly, it was the first time it’s happened. When I stopped in to grab a bottle of an electrolyte, the sales associate hawked over me and was constantly trying to upsell me. I don’t need that and if it happens again, I’ll shop somewhere else.
Great customer service, lots of natural health items. Plenty of parking, located next to the Burger King at Colma.
