First time to shop at the Roundrock location and we were extremely impressed. We will definitely return in the future.
I had a fantastic experience at The Vitamin Shoppe thanks to Javier! He took the time to thoroughly explain the products I was interested in, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. His guidance made choosing the right supplements easy and enjoyable. I left the store feeling confident in my purchases and completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend asking for Javier if you visit!
I was in the store for 30 minutes, gathered more than 20 products for almost $750, and the one employee on location never spoke to me before checkout or asked if I needed assistance. This is in line with my previous trips to this location. Zero customer service. And it’s a 12 mile trip to the nearest location since you closed the Gateway location. I will go back to ordering on line from Vitacost for better prices, better choices, and no unfriendly unhelpful employees to deal with.
All I can say is store and employees are AMAZING. Store is well maintained. Employee named Eric is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me out select the right protein I needed. If I can rate the employee he is definitely 10 star. Thank you again Eric. Will definitely come back here when I make a trip back.
Charlie is very helpful and knowledgeable here, so good with helping me on my fitness journey that I recommend others here as well. I’ve had so many great experiences that I had to take a moment to acknowledge Charlie for going above and beyond helping me get my life on track.
