This was the fourth water heater that we had to install after living in our house in 20 years. By far it was the best experience we have had. Marc was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. He corrected several problems that were created by other plumbers. I believe that our previous water heaters died prematurely because of bad and careless installation. We highly recommend this company if you need to repair or install a water heater. It will save you a lot of money in the long run.

He installed a new Bradford White water heater in Jan 2025 and accurately diagnosed a specific breaker failure on the electrical panel in Sep 2025. Kudos also to Service Coordinator Kariana who really cares about the customer. Co-owner Anthony Hamilton knows everything about water heaters and water systems — do not hire any other company to install/care for your water heater. The Water Heater Company is the absolute BEST.
