We had such a wonderful experience with our wedding venue and the in-house coordinator, Claire. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, and it was such a bonus to have the entire space to ourselves for the day. The planning process was stress-free and easy, thanks to the venue’s all-inclusive approach — we really appreciated that elements like centerpieces and table linens were already provided and beautifully done. Claire was fantastic to work with — always responsive, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. On the wedding day, Tom, the front-of-house manager, went above and beyond to ensure our guests were comfortable and that their needs were attended to throughout the evening. The menu offered a great variety of options, and the food was excellent. Overall, it was the perfect setting for our day, and we’re so grateful for how seamless and enjoyable the entire experience was!
We absolutely loved working with the team at The Waterfront Banquet Hall! From our very first meeting with Mike, we felt confident in our choice! The information he shared, along with the intro video, really solidified that this was the perfect venue for us. The menu tasting was such a fun and reassuring part of the process, and on the day itself, the food was absolutely incredible, our guests are still talking about it! The range of décor options, the entertainment package, and the flexibility to make the day our own were everything we wanted in a wedding. Claire, our coordinator, was incredible throughout the process, she was so organized, patient, and always kept us on track without the stress! Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing. We can’t thank them enough for all the support and care throughout our journey. To Claire and Mike, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you, and we haven’t stopped raving about you and the entire Waterfront staff! We received so many compliments on the servers that evening, which doesn't happen very often when at such large events - you should be very proud :) Highly recommend this venue and team for your wedding! We just celebrated our wedding at The Waterfront Banquet & Conference Centre and it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, Mike (the owner) and Claire were incredible—kind, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day stress-free and unforgettable. The lakeside views made for breathtaking photos, the food and service were excellent, and every detail ran seamlessly. A huge shout-out as well to our DJ Michael, who kept the dance floor packed and the energy high all night long. My wife and I got married here about a year ago, and I honestly can’t recommend Waterfront Banquet Hall enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The food was incredible — even a year later, our friends are still talking about how amazing the dinner and late-night service were. Since then, I’ve also been back a few times as a wedding DJ, and every experience has been just as impressive. Claire, the wedding coordinator, is fantastic — caring, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile. Mike, the owner, is an absolute class act and one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll meet. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with incredible food, a beautiful atmosphere, and a team that truly cares, this is the place.
I can't even begin to put into the words the wonderful experience we had working with the Waterfront for our wedding. They were always on top of things, setting up meetings that worked with times for us to help with planning, and had some really cool add ons as well. Claire was our coordinator and Mike, the owner were both amazing to work with! Everyone leading up to the wedding, always told me that the day wouldn't be perfect and to go with the flow but, honestly, I have no complaints. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly and we had such a great time. Everything was perfect! Everything looked beautiful and the decor and set-up was stunning. The food was absolutely amazing! Our friends and family are still talking about it! The Waterfront also has such unique touches as well including their late night buffet, photo booth, etc. The entire team was so great throughout the night. It was the best night of our lives and we are so thankful that we chose to have our wedding at the Waterfront Centre!
