I think it'll be be about a year this June/July 2024 that I've been seeing Mercedes (and waxing in general) and it's one of the best decisions I've made! As a first timer, I got super lucky finding Mercedes! She's AMAZING, personable, and very caring!! Her studio is beautiful and clean and she uses natural products. I've been thrilled trying out all the products she has and they're just amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

If you're searching for a waxing studio, then look no further. You've found it! I've waited for nearly a year of coming here before writing a review in order to give the most cohesive, long-term and honest review of my experiences here. The Wax Spa has been one of the absolute BEST professional experiences I've ever had across the board for ANY beauty/maintenance service. Mercedes is an absolute peach, and is both extremely professional while also being wonderfully warm, personable, and a relaxed level of friendly that you'd get from family or a best friend. My mom and I can just talk for hours with her! All while Mercedes is laser-focused on her expertly honed craft. Right away, she makes you feel at home and comfortable. The facilities also have the most comfortable, beautiful atmosphere to them as well, with lovely decor among a pristine, CLEAN environment! Everything is cleaned and disinfected between every client, which is only all too important these days, especially for someone like me with a sensitive immune system. If you're looking for a peaceful, fun, professional, and thorough experience for your waxing that truly is like a spa, I urge you to come and try The Wax Spa!

The Wax Spa offers easy and convenient appointment management and a variety of products and services that you would expect to find in a much larger shop. I first met Mercedes almost 2 years ago at a different location, but she has always been a consummate professional. She is incredibly personable and never fails to suggest the right products to compliment your services. She has been my only esthetician in Co Springs and I doubt that will change.

Where should start? Mercedes has an amazing personality and shes a people person she doesn’t make the procedures awkward. The office space is gender natural, so i don’t feel like I’m walking into a feminist establishment and its really put together very well. She is efficient, professional at all times and recommends quality products that actually work. I been seeing mercedes for quite sometime and its great seeing her open up her own place! Keep up the great work and see you soon.
