Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with The White Room Beauty Spa. My laser hair removal appointment was rescheduled twice, both times with under 4 hours’ notice, which is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. What’s even more concerning is that the rescheduling conveniently pushed my appointment past the end of their promotional deal. As a result, I would no longer qualify for the free facial and would likely be charged over $200 more for the same service. This made the situation feel intentional rather than accidental. I was really looking forward to my treatment, but this experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a client. I would advise others to be cautious when booking, especially around promotions. Shouldve known the pricing was too good to be true 😐😐😐.
