What a wonderful day at the woodland spa. The staff, the facilities, and the spa has exceeded all my expectations. Wonderful service by staffs, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional The hot water facilities are proper hot, and the bubbles are strong, the steam room are clean and great, salt steam room is fab. Treatment (massage) is wonderful, although I would personally prefer deeper and stronger pressure - staff could do with checking in to make sure pressure is enough possibly? But all in all, wonderful experience

Fantastic! Just what you’d expect from a proper luxury spa. The staff looked after us very well. Lots to do within the spa. Definitely recommend the private mud spa! The place itself was very clean and tidy! 👍 Plenty of indoor and outdoor areas to relax when you are not using any of the steam / saunas rooms.

A superb day at the spa with my girl friends! We were warmly welcomed by the team and everyone was friendly and helpful! Once you’ve registered, you are given a wrist band with your locker number. Inside the lockers are your towels, robe, and flip flops. We were informed by staff that you can change your towels as many times as necessary! This was fab as no one wants to sit on a soggy towel all day! The spa has been beautifully designed with plenty of areas to relax! There’s pools and jacuzzis both inside and outside including an infinity pool on the rooftop. We loved how you can move around all day in all areas with no time restrictions! We stayed from 9.30 till 6, but could have stayed till 9pm! Everywhere was clean and spacious! We had morning coffee in the rooftop bar and then tapas in the terrace bar. It was placed in our hotel tab, so we didn’t need to worry about carrying our purses around. We can’t wait to return, as it’s been a fantastic experience!!

I visited Woodlands Spa on the 5th and it was absolutely amazing — clean, welcoming, and with plenty of relaxing spaces. Every experience area was spotless and at just the right temperature. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional, especially from Shirley. She showed us to our lockers, where robes, slippers, and towels were provided at no extra charge. She also explained the different thermal journeys available, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The entire spa was kept impeccably clean throughout the day, and every member of staff we passed smiled, creating such a warm and calming atmosphere. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I would definitely recommend Woodlands Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful escape.

I had another exceptional day spa and overnight stay here. The spa has been extended since I was last there and the new indoor area has only added to the amazing spa facilities. The spa is spacious, clean and relaxing. Staff are very helpful. My hotel room was clean and very quiet, with toiletries provided. The evening meal was lovely as was the breakfast the next day. I would come here every weekend if I could!
