Fab experience, walked me through the whole process and gave me advice how to fix the problem should it recur. Can't go wrong with good sense like that. Really transparent too in case things can't be fixed, and extremely reasonable pricing. Was worried I'd have to buy a new laptop! Oh, and lovely fish. Thank you so much!

Even better, Kevin was able to repair it on the spot, saving me the hassle of coming back another day. My computer is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I had a problem with my laptop which Kevin identified as a faulty hard drive. He supplied and fitted a new one and also a new operating system all at a VERY fair price. I would definitely recommend anyone with a computer problem to give him a call.
