I had a great experience! The environment was very friendly and chill. I saw Amber, and I asked for exercises for a specific weakness of mine, and that's what she gave me! She showed me, step-by-step, how to do the exercises, and then printed them out for me to take home. With the remaining time, she did a massage and heat. I didn't use insurance and they accepted my cash payment. I will be referring everyone I know and will definitely go back when I inevitably have issues in the future 😅!
I came in with back pain and they were able to help me with therapy. The staff here are awesome. I would definitely recommend for therapy.

They got my life back to normal. After having a herniated disk for months and potentially needing surgery they were able to get back to 100%. Very patient and respectful. The owner went out of his way to check on my progress. The little things show they care and highly recommend this place if you need physical therapy.
I had a successful and pleasant experience with Thera-Dynamics Physical Therapy. They helped me recover quickly after surgery by listening to my feedback and providing the necessary therapy. The staff at TDPT is professional and friendly. I interacted with multiple doctors and therapists, all of whom were excellent. BONUS – Thera-Dynamics plays great music during recovery exercises, which was fantastic for someone who enjoys exercising to music!
