This is an amazing shop with wonderful and unique gifts. Was blown away by the personalised service and the quality of the gifts. So helpful. I called and ordered a gift for a patient in the short stay emergency and they went above and beyond to recommend items, and then hand delivered it (outside of their normal delivery times). Highly recommend

The customer service is second to none! The ladies patiently helped me choose a gift for my grandson, over the phone, sending me photos and descriptions of various gifts. The gifts themselves are beautiful. I cannot recommend more highly!
Fantastic customer service. I was able to get a beautiful box of activities and chocolates delivered as a last minute idea for friends in quarantine for 2 weeks in a hotel room with their 2 young children.
