Ladies at the bar are nice but the guy that works Saturday night is always an issue. He is rude and the reason this place has so many bad reviews. He is singlehandedly, no pun indeeded, making this place way worse than it actually is. He might be the owner and the reason he is invincible to being fired. One day he will sell it and the Lee Vista bowling community will be better for it.
Nice alley conditions but everything else is showing wear and how old it is. It was expansive to.
This is such a great spot next to mco. Mirna deserves an award for her hospitality. Great place. Great food.
I visited tonight 02/16/2024. I went with my son (12) and his friend (12). I asked George (the General Manager) if we could have the bumpers up for the kids. He flat out refused. Stating that the bumpers are plastic and cannot handle a 12 year old. I informed him that the young female that I was with is Autistic and needs accommodations, he refused and stated NO. I spoke with another employee and asked for the name of the General Manager. This employee informed me that it was indeed him. I asked for the owner's name, confirmed by FL Biz Journals, his name is Jeff, (Goes by JR). George was clearly more busy at the outdoor bar with his friends than handling customers in the alley. DO NOT GO HERE if you or your child have special needs or require assistance. On Tuesday morning, as Monday is Presidents Day (02/19/2024) I will be contacting all the state regulators as well as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover and ask them to sever ties with this business. I was disgusted at the way this GM is allowed to act. I hope that this business is closed or fined by the state.
How is this Bowling Ally still open and alive it's beyond my understanding? If I take a wild guess, it has to be because of the bar! Other wise, this place should be sold and / or go unto new management. Seriously, the costumer service it's terrible, no amicable, not kind, not a smile, not desire to work, attitude it's given to costumers right at the very moment you start your transaction. The staff do not give you or offer you any specials even if you ask. They do not allow you to bring food or drinks, yet the kitchen is closed, the vending machines are empty, and your only choice is to buy alcohol or small platters from the bar. The location is supposed to be kids and family friendly, yet there is no music, the arcade is always closed, there is no water fountain, gosh! Should I keep going I think you guys get the message. Good place to kill time, sort of cheap, not really to hang out for a long time or come buy without eating somewhere else before hand....
