Had this cashier curly hair with glasses take my top and not sell it to me, and didn’t realize until later when I was home that’s what she did. Just watch out when they’re checking you out cause I’ve had this happen to me twice already and thought the first time was a mistake, clearly not.
Love this place! Went today for the first time and got 4 super nice quality items for only 12 dollars. This is such a game changer for thrifting in Dallas.
Where do I start … found a MK bag priced for $150 yes you read it right , It was not even behind the cash register. It was just hanging there and all the tags are handwritten with a pencil. Yes, you heard that right again. I ask one of the workers to check the price on that bag and I ask how much did you price it for she said $150 and I said well this was just hanging with other bags for $20 if it cost that much. When are you supposed to keep it behind the cash register? She talked to another Spanish-speaking lady and did not even take the bag and did not even put behind a cash register. employees talking among each other and had to wait for a while till I get somebody to look at the jewelry section isles are blocked with merchandise that nobody even working on. And tags are all written with a pencil
The audacity of this place to be selling SheIn, fast fashion clothing for $12 (probably more than it cost bought directly from SHEIN) as if its not a budget thrift store is insane to me… I hope the owners know they're robbing low-income struggling families.
The prices here are way too high. It’s clear the feedback from customers about pricing—shown in your Google reviews—is not being taken seriously. Many of the items are used, not cleaned properly, and still marked higher than the original retail price when new. This is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Photos show pictures of dirty Uggs marked at 89.00 and a computer for 200 that couldn’t turn on.
