Dr. Anna made me feel so comfortable and explained what we were doing every step of the way. She has a positive, fun attitude and I really enjoyed working with her. And I made great progress! She checked in regularly with me and created a customized plan based on the workouts I could do at home and at the gym. She is so dedicated and I am lucky to have worked with her!
Dr. Anna has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She is extremely thorough and really listened to me which was critical to understanding what was really going on after a physician misdiagnosis. Dry needling, some practical lifestyle modifications, gentle exercises and sound advice on how to stay active during the acute phase of my injury really helped a lot — both physically and mentally. From there she built a comprehensive rehab program that was tailored just to me, including providing specific modifications for CrossFit workouts that allowed me to confidently get back to the gym. I have fully recovered and ‘graduated’ with a really practical plan to continue to build strength and prevent re-injury. Anna is truly exceptional!

I was getting so frustrated with my behind the knee stiffness. My online searches consisted of searching for relief. And that is how my algorithm found Thrive and Dr. Anna! And I have to say it was one of highlights of 2024! Dr. Anna gave me back my quality of life. She recognized my knee pain was related to my calf. After a couple of sessions, my back of the knee stiffness was gone! It hit home a few weeks later on a Sunday when I biked 20 miles and walked 18 holes that afternoon. And the day culminated in my squatting behind my ball while putting - which I haven't been able to do since I don't know when! I came home and my knee wasn't sore! I haven't had to ice since and my knee sleeves are collecting dust. Dr. Anna and I have moved onto working on mobilty and strength training. I no longer have to limp into year 50! If you want to know what type of person Dr. Anna is, read the reviews. They all say similar things. You feel like she cares about you and your progress. Because she actually does! And she is a tremendous person which makes this such a good experience. Except when she makes you finish out a heavy set!
