My whole experience was beyond exceptional at Thrive. Hope was a delight when greeting me as I checked in. Hannah made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly before, during and after treatment. She took her time with me and I felt like I was connecting with an old friend. I got a lip flip and am looking forward to my results in a few days. Bonus- she used numbing cream to take the spice level down a bit! I’ll be back

How can you explain the great team at Thrive MedSpa? Hope was warm, welcoming, and made scheduling incredibly easy. She answered all of my questions and was very accommodating, which immediately set a great tone for the experience. Hannah performed my Dysport injections and truly took the time to understand my goals. She walked me through my options, explained everything clearly, and collaborated with me on a treatment plan that felt thoughtful and personalized. It never felt rushed or directive. It felt like a true partnership. I left feeling confident, cared for, and really happy with both the process and the experience.
It’s been about two weeks since receiving a Hydrafacial Platinum and my skin is still glowing! The office space is welcoming and relaxing. Hannah did a great job of walking me through the process and answering all of my questions. My skin is clear, smooth and noticeably brighter! I’ll definitely be back!
I saw Hannah for a Platinum Hydrafacial on Friday and it was truly one of the best facials I’ve ever had! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxing and luxurious. My skin looked incredible afterward — I got so many compliments all weekend and couldn’t believe the glow. Hope was also so welcoming and sweet when I arrived, which made the visit even better.
