Great staff, super friendly, professional and attentive. Our dog was very sick and was provided excellent care in the early morning hours on our cross country trip. She bounced back quickly! We are grateful for the top notch care our dog received at Thrive - Albuquerque!!

This place was exactly what we needed when our puppy woke up with an eye issue on our cross-country roadtrip! we called and even went to other urgent cares in the area where the wait was 5+ hours and when we came here we got triaged right away. Critical cases will affect your wait time but we were in and out in about an hour and a half and everyone was so friendly! so grateful for the vet and techs here so we could continue on our trip with peace of mind! additionally for an emergency clinic on a weekend the price was very reasonable and way lower than I was expecting.

After a very long night at a pet ER, we were extremely relieved to speak with Samantha and find out she was able to get us scheduled with Dr. Jen the very next day for a specialist visit for Georgie. Upon arriving, the entire staff was friendly and kind. Rachel was our tech and she was amazing. Dr. Jen is great! We were in and out quickly without feeling as if we were rush or not heard. Best news? Georgie is feeling a lot better, which of course, means I am too. Thank you so much!

Staff was excellent we couldn't ask for more at this time. Our precious dog seems to be feeling better. He is getting older and we just want the best for him. Of course medical care for pets is expensive so be prepared ahead of time just in case fur baby gets sick. I know sometimes we can't afford things but luckily it worked out in this situation. Thank you to everybody that helped us yesterday morning. Gypsy Rose loves you too. All of the staff were tremendous🫶🙏❤️

I had a referral but came in early with an emergency. The staff triaged my dog immediately without hesitation and provided a smooth check-in experience. My dog was hospitalized here for two nights. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the techs to the doctor clearly demonstrated that they love and care for the pets they serve. You can see the passion in the quality of their work and their compassion with the pet owners. They allowed me to visit my dog while hospitalized and never made me feel like I was in the way. I was always comfortable asking whatever questions I had. Most importantly, my dog's health quickly improved under their care and she's back to her normal, sassy self! I cannot recommend Thrive enough.
