Don’t trust this company. They messed up my wife’s bill by not letting her know that the doctore they set her up with wasn’t in her network; then attempted to charge the card by over 135%. Their manager never answered her requests for help, never called back as promised; in addition, the assistant Max was extremely unprofessional, very unpleasant, rude, unhelpful and is a liar.
Overall, the therapists they have are average. I will say 3-4 stars. It is easy to make an appointment over the phone and agents are very nice and work fast (except for the billing department). I am going there for couple therapy and I'll update my review if anything changes. IMPORTANT Tip: Say you do not allow them to charge you for anything but your insurance copay and tell them you'll file a formal complaint with your insurance if they insist. You'll save yourself near $50 monthly membership fee. They'll wave the fee but ONLY if you complain.
Dr.Brener has a genuinely good heart for her patient's. Always making sure they feel comfortable and feel like they getting the help they need!
Finding someone who is inclusive and understanding can be a challenger. Dr. Maddy Brener encompasses those qualities and makes therapy a safe place to talk and grow.
Dr. Brener has a kind heart, she has created a safe space for me to speak freely, and I feel heard and understood when in her present. She challenges me, while still being gentle, and allowing me to work at my own pace.
