Rude front desk lady. Need to have a bit more customer service training. We arrived to meet friends who hadn't made it yet, and when they arrived, the first thing the lady said was, "You need to plan better" - no greeting, no acknowledgement, just pure rudeness from the first person who is the "face" of your operation. I SUGGEST TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

We took two six-year-old boys to their first skating lesson at noon on Saturday, and the experience was amazing. The instructors were so patient, kind, and encouraging. They helped the boys feel comfortable on wheels right away, and both of them had a great time. Wonderful place for beginners!

For a Friday, staff were really nice. Front desk answered all my questions that I had. Great customer service. Music was on point. A lot of kids but staff kept everyone safe and organized. My first time here will be coming back. Thank you again.

I attended the season opener of the Lone Star Assassination City Roller Derby at Thunderbird last evening. Four teams were on the line-up. You brought your own chairs and drinks and sat right next to the action. It lasted about 3 hours and the concession stand was open throughout the night. The Roller Derby has scheduled events on a monthly basis. The tickets are reasonably priced at $12 per person unless you purchase a season pass. I was surprised at the professionalism of the sports league. It was a fun evening!
