THYME was awesome to work with! We hired them for our signature event and they totally nailed our theme with a curated menu and our guests really enjoyed the food and drinks.

Yesterday I spoke to Luke about general questions for their catering service. His rudeness and tone could have gotten him a PhD in pettiness. The services weren’t lining up with what I was looking for but the attitude left a poor taste in my mouth. It was a bad look for a business that I know has good food.

Recently got married to the love of my life. Had a difficult time choosing a caterer, as we were on a tight budget. However, after meeting with Mike and the team, we realized that their mission and passion for catering would make all the difference on this day. The entire process was wonderful, from the first time we met at the shop in AL to the late night snack so courteously created by the chefs Sean and Nolan (whose names we learned after having a lengthy yet eye opening conversation with). The presentation was beautiful, food was delicious, and everything was carried out in a professional manner. Could not recommend them enough!

Thyme was initially introduced to us by our wedding venue, Gordon Green as they are a preferred catering vendor. While exploring our options for caterers, we were intrigued by the hors d’oeuvres and entrees. Our wedding planner offered her expertise and shared with us about her past pleasant experiences working alongside Thyme. We quickly decided to hire Thyme and were so satisfied with our choice. The staff at Thyme were very professional and we greatly enjoyed working with Alexia. She coordinated with our wedding planner to help us select our wedding cocktail hour and reception preferences. We were impressed with the food tasting portions and quality. Thyme was extremely receptive to our feedback and even accommodated our request for some Indian dishes (e.g., pani puri, samosas, tandoori chicken, and marsala chai). We really appreciated how they helped to include cultural cuisine into our wedding day! We highly recommend Thyme and Alexia!!

Thyme Catering is a total class act, with delicious food, caring and hard-working staff, the best customer service and management of every single unique and customized detail! We decided to get married in a small-ish, nontraditional celebration with just three months to plan everything. We were so lucky that Thyme was available--their communication and professionalism from the very first communication was impeccable and impressive and exceeded all our expectations--and they worked with us and all our unique requests and questions all the way until the end of the event. They provided a special full tasting for us a few weeks before the event, took care of all our tableware rentals, then they cooked the food on site despite the fact that our venue didn't really have a kitchen, cleared dishes seamlessly the whole time and just were fantastic all-around (and the nicest people). They took care of everything and we didn't worry one bit. We have heard so many compliments on the delicious food and caring catering staff from our guests, family and even the venue owners were very impressed. We would hire them again in a second and I certainly hope we have a reason to have another wonderful party with their delicious food! Thank you, Luke, and all the wonderful people at Thyme for making our wedding celebration perfect in every way! 5+ Stars all the way!
