We had a great time overall, but there were two things that would have made this a 5-star experience for us. First, it’s very expensive, and there’s no price break for additional players or any kind of discount when booking more than one room. Second, without realizing this would have been a problem, I brought a homemade birthday cake to celebrate my son’s birthday. I was told—rather abruptly—that no food was allowed in the waiting room, and we were required to serve the cake outside. Unfortunately, that meant cutting the cake using the lid of a trash can as a surface, which really took away from what should have been a special moment.

I had a blast! My first time doing an escape room and it won’t be my last! D was our game master and she made the experience so much better.

This was a super fun experience, we did the Egyptian escape room, the workers were super friendly and helpful, Dylan and Sophie were both great, me and my party definitely want to come again and try a different escape room!

We tried two rooms. The first was Springfield Meltdown, which is a very fun Simpsons themed room. It had a wide variety of puzzles which were non-linear so you could work on several things at once. The details in the room were a great deal of fun, especially if you watch the show, there are lots of little references that make it enjoyable. The second room was Doll House. This one’s much scarier and has an ominous, creepy feel and oh so many dolls! There were some creative puzzles and some jump scares which added to the fun of the room. Both rooms had an abundance of puzzles. We played as a two person team, you could just play with more people and both rooms would still be good. The rooms were clean, things were in good condition, the details were immersive and the technology worked well. The rooms were a mix of high tech and low tech puzzles. Our game master was Jason and he was an absolute gem! He was attentive and helpful when we asked and also gave us the space to play at our own pace. He offered us extra time on the rooms and as many hints as we wanted. He has a good sense of humor and set the stage well for each themed room. You can tell he enjoys his job which makes the player experience very positive. We are thinking about going back for the other rooms. We definitely recommend Timebox! Ask for Jason, he is a great game master!

Oh my god! Me, my 2 kids, and my husband had the BEST time doing the Zombie Bunker room at this location! I've never been so intellectually challenged before, it was a thrill! Our Gamemaster Kate was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! Without her quickly giving us hints and being charismatically AMAZING! I don't think we ever would've made it out in time 😂. Kate made me and my hubby's memories with our kids an unforgettable one, I can't wait to come back and try more rooms! Thank you Kate and to the Timebox Team! 11/10 Would recommend 6 stars if I could 🤣.
