went here with a bunch of my cousins and siblings. my sister was wearing her ring (absolute idiot) and when she threw her ball it came loose and slid down the alley. most places would look over it and say ‘yeah it’s gone sorry’ but they went above and beyond with going below the alleys to check AND found her ring. plus, super nice and served great food, and interacted well with the kids!!
Ordered chilli beef nachos at 19:40 via the QR code and google pay. Took them until 20:10 to tell me they don't have the ingredients for it. Then they asked me to write down my email address for the refund when I already wrote it down to order the food via the QR code. Zone, you shouldn't have the item on the menu if you don't have the ingredients for it, let alone wait half an hour to tell someone their meal isn't coming because of it, then ask someone for information they've already provided. Customer service is a joke. And teach your staff how to pour drinks without spilling them if you're gonna charge $13 for a drink.
We had our daughter’s birthday party at Zone Bowling last Sunday (23/11), and we want to give a special shout-out to Brooke, our party host. She was absolutely wonderful—polite, kind, and incredibly patient with all the kids. She handled everything with ease and made sure the children were always engaged and having fun. Brooke also helped us so much throughout the day, taking care of all the little details so we could relax and enjoy the celebration. Her friendly attitude and warm personality truly made the day extra special. The venue itself was clean, spacious, and really well set up for parties. At first, we were a bit worried that the kids might not be interested in bowling, but they ended up loving it! They had so much fun playing, enjoying their game time, and even collecting and purchasing things with their Power Tickets. The kids were constantly busy, moving around, laughing, and enjoying everything the venue offered. Thank you, Brooke, and Zone Bowling, for helping make our daughter’s birthday such a happy and memorable experience! 🎉🎳
We had a great experience for our son’s 5th birthday party. Our host (AJ) went above and beyond and made sure the party went off without a hitch. All who came had a great time and all the attendee parents commented about how well organised the party had been run. Would recommend.
Great party experience , the kids had fun and the party hosts were very on top of everything and able to shuffle the kids between bowling, arcade, bumper cars, claiming ticket prizes and to the party room for food and cake all while on a busy weekend during school holidays. Greatly appreciated and the kids definitely all had fun and birthday boy called it the “Perfect” birthday party. Would recommend
