We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Top Top K9 in Plano! Kris worked with our dog Luna, and the results have been amazing. Luna has been doing so great since completing her training - the improvement in her behavior and responsiveness has been remarkable. Kris was professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about dog training techniques. The personalized attention Luna received made all the difference. We highly recommend Top Top K9 and specifically working with Kris if you’re looking for effective dog training in the Plano area.
Incredible. We are stunned at the progress and the amazing changes we've seen in 2 months. We did the hybrid program and are so impressed with the foundation Harley came home with in just two weeks. The subsequent in-home lessons further strengthened the foundation they built with her, but we were amazed at how well TTK9 trained us as owners. The behavior adjustments in ourselves and gently guiding us in how to work with Harley showed very quickly how we could progress at such an incredible speed. What felt impossible and unimaginable has shaped into even more wonderful moments with Harley. We completed our last in-home lesson and cannot wait to join group classes and become even more solid in our training!
Huge thank you to Tristan, Rebecca, Sam, and Kris! We are incredibly happy with how well-trained Clark and Lucy are and looking forward to maintaining their training. Having just had a baby, it was important for us to be able to best handle our giant floofs. Not only did Tip Top train our dogs to an incredible degree, they also graciously kept our dogs an extra week when I went into labor. Highly recommend especially for anyone with larger breeds or want to take their dogs in public with confidence.
I cannot say enough great things about this place!! We first met with Tip Top K9 on March 29, 2025 for our initial consultation. We had already met with two other training companies. We knew halfway into the evaluation session that this would be the place that would train our dogs. We were at our wits end with Beau who never listened and Luna who had reactivity issues. We started with Beau (pictured in the review), who went through their canine scholar private tutoring package. Beau has since finished his private classes and continues to go to group training class where we get to put his training to use, but also work on things that he may still struggle with. Our trainers have been amazing in helping us address any issues that arise. We have loved it so much that we signed up our second dog, Luna, who just completed her private training and will start her group training sessions soon. THIS is the place you want your dog trained at!! Their training methods are humane and just tip top! The love and guidance the trainers give our dogs is amazing! I will never not have great things to say about our trainers and Tip Top k9. Mercedes, Kris, and Jeremy, we can’t thank you enough! The progress has been remarkable.
After trying two different other places for training, we weren’t sure if our reactive dogs would ever be able to behave in public. Thanks to Tip Top K9 and Mercedes we can actually walk around the neighborhood peacefully and manage a calm home environment. With only a few short weeks of private lessons at home Hope and Duke have made such amazing progress, especially Hope, as she used to be our problem child. Thanks to Mercedes my husband and I feel confident to be able to continue the training with our pups. If you think your pup is beyond help, Tip Top K9 is the answer. We highly recommend them and the price is completely worth it.
