Okay soo I was avoiding getting a pedicure for over a year from a bad experience from a different salon i had to take medicine to clear up my nails and was sketch on getting my toes done at all , but Missy and the staff at tipsy toes are a straight gift. I've been going for about 4 months straight now and its my little safe space and place for quiet time and to get a beautiful pedicure. Missy has helped me out with having the cutest toes , and giving me a little break from reality , my pedicures have lasted 3ish weeks but honestly the massages and the way they take care of me I go back almost every two weeks. My toes definitely could go the full 3 weeks , but these pedicure treatments include it all and I just love being in that chair.
Had appointment today at three came in a couple months early and I was told to have a seat and wait a little bit which I did. I had my pedicure done first, and then I had my nails done second and all I can say is the service was excellent. There were no problem. They did everything to my liking, which is a huge plus for me. I was also offered either some water or tea and the whole appointment was very relaxing and enjoyable. So if you’re looking for a place that will take very good care of your hands and feet or if you have any nail designs in mind, this is the place to be thank you tipsy toes for everything you have a returning Customer.
i got gel x nails done here about 2 weeks ago. they looked super good initially and the workers were very kind, but they started to fall off on my left hand just two days after getting them done. after a week of having them there was only one nail left on my left hand and then one missing on my right. i am by no means hard on my hands and i don’t pick them at all. i do my own nails usually using the same products they used and they last me a month or more. when the nails on my right hand started to fall off more they came off to be extremely damaged and ripped. it is also super unhygienic because since the application was so poor it allowed bacteria to get in and cause greenies. my sister also got her nails done and they were applied crookedly and weren’t even filed all the way down. she also did them way longer than she asked. they also didn’t size my nails at all. some of the extensions they used were way to big for the nail and some were too small. they used to same size gel x tip for three of my fingers. since i do my own nails i very much know that they all need different sizes in order for them to match my nail beds. with how damaged my nails came out and how fast they came off, i would definitely recommend going somewhere else.
my usual pedicure place has been getting progressively more expensive with worse and worse service so I've been trying other salons in the hopes of finding a better regular spot -- & this may be it! online booking is easy. prices are really fair, in my opinion. many convenient payment options for services & tips -- card, cash, venmo, zelle. parking garage attached to building. small & clean / comfortable inside with good massage chairs for pedicures. the woman running the front is super organized, professional, & friendly. tons of polish options & the pedicure itself was super precise & clean. will absolutely be back!
